Terry Tao takes on Trump

Terry, one of the great mathematicians of our time, calls on Americans to admit that Trump is "an emperor with no clothes". He also links to an old takedown of Trump by John Oliver, who explained in painful detail why Trump is basically a con artist. Since Oliver's show, Republicans have consolidated behind Trump, which I guess is not a big surprise, but is still so appalling on so many levels. I guess there is some use for this too: in the future, one can easily distinguish intellectually honest conservatives from hypocrites: just look at whether they supported Trump.

У меня гипотезы про невыдвижение никогда не было - я наоборот всегда считал, что скорее всего его и выдвинут. Что, кстати, является следствием той же самой теории.
