so, is he going to be impeached over those accusations, or not? I don't think it's likely, the accusations did not stop him from becoming president last year. or maybe we'll have a second Special Counsel, to take a deeper look?

by the way, is there a legal case here at all, not just with Trump, but with many/all others. I mean, which law was allegedly broken. with Harvey, NYPD was going to make an arrest at some point, they said they had a legal case. but overall, recently it looks like an allegation is all that is needed. nobody gets arrested, or tried in the court of law. people just get fired, careers destroyed. and since there is no legal aspect, only moral, often it is impossible to defend

say, two students fail a course, and then spontaneously decide to accuse the professor of inappropriate conduct. touching, or whatever. let's say in reality nothing has ever happened, but we have two accusations, and zero ways to defend, except just denying everything. no judge, no jury, it's just up to the school to decide. I can easily imagine professor, totally innocent, being fired, based on completely false allegations. that's not good

actually, never mind, I just googled a bit, there is a ton of this already happening. it's just not covered by CNN

I see like 4 active cases going on right now. Boston University, USC, U of Rochester, Dartmouth College, etc
